Cast Iron Land Company was founded by Phil Gable. Born and raised in metro Atlanta, he graduated from the University of Georgia in 1997. Two years later he moved to New York City to begin a career in advertising. He spent most of the next two decades there, creating ad campaigns for Microsoft, Capital One, Franklin Templeton, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Crunch Fitness, Wendy's, Peloton, Prudential, and Stone Ridge Asset Management. In 2024, he moved back to Atlanta to be closer to family.

Today, he puts his strategic perspective and professionalism to work for rural Georgia land owners by offering direct purchases, doing the legwork to resolve common hurdles, and delivering transparent, professional closings from contract to settlement.
